• Included in the franchise package is the provision of assistance from the franshiser to its franchisees.

• Both parties gain profit in franchising. The franchiser is able to expand their business while the franchisee is able to run their own business.

• Franchising fees and packages included depends on the franchiser, so if you want to start a franchising business, you need to check the fees and coverage of package first.

    It is very usefull to all people having interest in Franchising business to give the vital information regarding the laws to be followed by the franchiser and franchisee.

    Question: It is true that,
    Contract or agreement between franchiser and franchisee must be in accordance of the rules of law; covenant must be with conformity of justices and must be governmed by the essence of justice.???

    Is there a law to prohibit the one sided contract between Franchisor and Franchisee (contract provisions goes in favor only to one party)?
