The Swan Bakeshop Corporation was conceived by the late Nieves “Eveng” de Leon-Cruz, and Josefina “Nena” Cruz Jacinto in 1965. What started out as a mere hobby for mother and daughter, grew into a successful family business enterprise.

In the late seventies, Nena Jacinto diversified the operations of The Swan Bakeshop Corporation. Mindful of the potential growth in the food service industry and blessed with the needed competencies to effectively run such a business, she opened the Swan Catering Service Corporation. It is a reflection of her persona, Nena, a perfectionist, meticulous in every detail and an embodiment of a mother to everyone. With her culinary expertise and innovations it remains as one of the respected and recognized caterers in the country today.

As a member of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines, The Swan Bakeshop Corporation has its share of major awards and accolades that further created a niche in the ever growing and dynamic baking industry.
