The Rapide Auto Service Center started operations on January 1998 with the opening of its first auto repair shop in Buendia, Makati. Due to the tremendous demand of quick automobile repair services in the Philippines, we opened another four (4) shops during that year. Today, we are one of the country’s leading auto repair service centers operating thirty one (31) shops in Metro Manila and Luzon.

SUPPORT SERVICES

SITE SELECTION
Rapide helps the franchisee in the assessment of new sites, does market feasibility studies and assesses concerns on the physical characteristics of the site (e.g. located in the low lying areas – flooding) and factors such as zoning, utilities, accessibility and visibility.

STORE DESIGN/LAYOUT
Rapide provides the franchisee a standard store design and interior layout to ensure the uniformity of all shop’s look and ambiance.

ASSISTANCE IN THE RECRUITMENT OF PERSONNEL
Upon the request of the franchisee, Rapide assists in the recruitment of its personnel such as screening, interviewing and hiring of applicants.

INITIAL AND CONTINUOUS TRAINING
Rapide conducts the most comprehensive training program in the Philippines to impart its business systems, standards and uniform operating procedures used by MIDAS Europe and USA in auto service center. Also, we give continuous updates about new technologies, methods or techniques we will adopt in Rapide shops.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT AND FIELD SERVICES
Rapide has a continuous communication link to its franchisees through regular visits by Franchise Operations personnel. They conduct audit checks to determine whether the shops conform to Rapide’s standards and procedures. They also evaluate shop’s performance and address other concerns of the franchisee.

MARKETING SUPPORT
Rapide helps the franchisee in areas of advertising, promotions and public relations.

FINANCE CONTROL ASSISTANCE
Rapide gives a standard report format that will help our Franchisee’s analyze their shop’s efficiency and financial performance.

POINT-OF-SALE COMPUTER
Rapide has a point of sale computer system that gives Franchisees easy access to customer files, stocks and sales data.

PURCHASING POWER
Rapide uses its considerable bargaining power to negotiate favorable buying prices of equipment, tools and other spare parts with selected major suppliers. Rapide© assesses also the quality of products being purchased to ensure their high quality standards.

PARTS CATALOGUING
Rapide is the only service center in the Philippines that exerted time, money and effort to do these parts numbering and applications of all vehicles’ makes or models.
