Magicblend Empanada and Foodhouse started as a rolling store in 2004 in Batac, Ilocos Norte. When the Mariano Marcos Mem. Hospital offered stalls for rent, Nathan Baraoidan, the founder took one space and started a full service fastfood offering Ilocos empanada and all Ilocandia cuisine. After perfecting the pinakbet, empanada, sinanglao baka, miki, igado, and other popular Ilocandia foods, MAGICBLEND is now offering the public its franchise.

Franchise Package is P150,000 which include the following:
1. Use of trade name and logo
2. Transfer of technology
3. Use of operations manual
4. Training of service crew for 10 to 14 days 5. Store design 6. No royalty fee 7. 5 year franchise term (renewable) 8. Pre-opening and opening assistance
