There’s a need to change not only in our way of doing things but as a person. Our personality and lifestyle is a huge contribution towards the success of our franchise. Am I Willing To Invest?
Willingness to invest is synonymous to courage. Franchising a business demands a lot of nerve and courage. A sizable investment in franchising is being called for. This is not to mention time and energy which are equally essential to your capital. The capital is dependent on these two. If you double your time, you double your chance of success.
Am I Willing To Be Patient?
Like plants, a franchising business takes time to grow. If you cannot wait for it to flourish and bear much fruits, probably, franchising is not for you. Perseverance is essential in every field of endeavour if you are going to see a success. Perseverance means ‘I won’t quit.’
Am I Willing To Accept Partners?
You should deal with your franchisees as your partners. Establish a rapport and healthy relationship with them. Franchisees don’t care until they know you care. This will guarantee smooth business dealings and therefore, guarantees your success. Furthermore, their success makes your success boundless.
