Flawless was created with a vision of providing superior and medically-supervised skin care treatment across all market segments at an affordable price. The beauty industry is renowned for its costly services, but Flawless has reengineered itself in order to provide first class services to a broader market for reasonable costs.

Nearly 10 years after its birth in 2001, Flawless is launching a new look and a new feel. To compliment their new tagline “Less is More”, each Flawless branch has been overhauled to fit that description.

The first branch was opened in SM Megamall in 2001. Eight (8) years and twenty-eight (28) branches later, Flawless continuously raise the standards under its core values: service leadership, patient safety, product innovation and organization excellence.

All branches are manned by full-time doctors six (6) days a week and six (6) hours a day per Flawless branch and are staffed by highly skilled aestheticians with a minimum of three (3) months before our aestheticians are fully deployed to the branches.

Our resident medical director, Dra. Michelle Denise Cruz, is the vice-president of the Philippine Center of Dermatology and Laser Surgery, Inc. since 2003, and has been a member since 1997. She graduated with a degree in BS-Biology from University of Sto. Tomas, where she also took up Medicine. Dra. Cruz oversees the training and supervises doctors and aestheticians in all Flawless branches

Year 2004 ushered in a new beginning for Flawless with a new batch of celebrity endorsers, Ms. Lorna Tolentino, Mr. Mark Herras, and Ms. Yasmien Kurdi. By 2005, Ms. Judy Ann Santos was added to the roster of celebrities. In 2008, Mr. Richard Gutierrez was launched as another Flawless celebrity endorser.

For the year 2008, the company opened its door to Franchising Business to make Flawless services and products available to more customers nationwide. Flawless opened its first franchise store in July 2008 in Olongapo City.
