• Business opportunities will require you to formulate a plan for business, whereas in franchise opportunity the plan is already given to you.

• Once you start your own business, you are already on your own while in franchise; the franchisor will assist you in everything including marketing.

• You don’t share your revenues to anyone in a business opportunity whereas in franchising, your revenue will be partitioned.
