The BAYAD CENTER is the country’s pioneer in the Outsourced Payment Collection Industry. * Performance-based Revenue

What are the required investments?

Franchise fee for a term of 5 years: P250,000 (VAT exclusive)
Floor area should at least be 15 sqm.
Estimated payback period is 2 years.

* Surety Bond, the amount of which will be based on the result of financial evaluation. CIS may require the TPA to increase the premium in the future depending on the amount of collections the outlet will be handling.
* Cash Bond, the amount of which will be based on potential amount of collections the outlet will be handling. Cash bond to be placed in a Time Deposit or Special Savings Account by the Applicant. Applicant will have the Bank sign a Deed of Assignment of the Time Deposit or Special Savings Account in favor of CIS. In case of dissolution of the Collection Partnership Agreement between CIS-BAYAD CENTER and the TPA, the Cash Bond is returned to the TPA with interests earned and less any liabilities incurred from CIS-BAYAD CENTER.
* Comprehensive Business Insurance, which will protect the Third Party Collection Agent against robbery, fire and other fortuitous events.
* Accreditation Fee of P15,000.
* A Renewal Fee to be charged for succeeding years.
* TPA will adhere to the “Standard Look” required by BAYAD CENTER (specifications will be given upon contract signing). This may include but may not be limited to renovation, installation of standard signage and purchase of Standard BAYAD CENTER Merchandising Collateral.
