Bagoong Club Resto, an austere restaurant almost hidden off Tomas Morato. You are welcomed by the friendly waiters with some spicy bagoong and a small plate of singkamas, which you can munch on while thinking about your order. The menu is easy enough to read if you are from here, with standards for sections: Kare-kare, Binagoongan, Sinigang.

They offer the traditional version of each dish, then add choices by offering variations of the original: seafood kare-kare; crispy pork binagoongan; sinigang sa bayabas. There are also sections for other soups, pancit, chicken, vegetables and other appetizers. Quite a well thought out menu that is definitely Filipino and decidedly bagoong-inspired.
