Area Franchises’ commitment to a number of outlets in an area in a specific time frame, available only outside Greater Metro Manila Area

Area Developer has to be a successful AQUAHEALTH Franchisee for one year, may then be permitted to develop his province or region by reselling Franchises (available only outside GMMA only), Franchisee has to pay a development fee.

Franchise Fee:

* P 100,000 for unit franchise
* P 200,000 for an area franchise (+ P 30,000 store opening fee for stores opened after one year)

Inclusive of:

* Trade Name and Proprietary marks
* Site approval
* Training for Franchisee and employee
* Pre opening assistance
* Operations Manual Research & Development

Initial Franchise Agreement Term: 5 years for unit franchises, 10 years for Area Franchises
Royalty on gross sales: Peso One (P 1.00) per gallon
Advertisement: 1% of gross sales as Local Store Marketing within your territory or area
Minimum required space: 24 square meter
Equipment Package: P 580,000 excluding leasehold improvement
Equipment Installation: maximum 15 days
